こんにちは、5回目の参加となる今年は 22日は当院前にて障害を持った方々が作りだした製品や作品の販売、展示をするウェルフェアトレードマーケットを開催。 彼らが作っているものには特別な魅力や素晴らしさがあります。 素直にカッコイイ、カワイイ、おいしい、欲しいと思えるようなものをたくさんお届けします。 ぜひご覧ください。

また、29、30日は毎年ご好評をいただいている「食を見直そう」を合い言葉に日本の主食であるお米を使って、 昔懐かしいポン菓子機の実演販売を行います。販売といっても定価はありません。今回の売り上げは全て寄付という形で、 ミャンマー人が「自立」して生活できること、つまり、「ミャンマー人が、 生活の中で基本的医療を受けられ、 健康に暮らすことをめざし作られた名知仁子先生が代表をつとめる「ミャンマー　ファミリー・クリニックと菜園の会」（ 詳細はコチラ ?）へ寄付しますので、 皆さんの気持ちを寄付として協力していただければと思います。

ミャンマーでは、人々は基本的な医療を受けられずにいます。 「乳幼児の死亡（※）、栄養失調、飢餓のために病気を繰り返している」のが現実です。 これらを解決するには、クリニックによる治療に加え栄養の確保が必要です。衛生教育も重要です。 (※)ミャンマーでは約146万人の新生児のうち、12.5万人以上が5歳未満で死亡しており、 東南アジア諸国で最も支援が必要な国の一つとなっています。（ODA第八次母子保健サービス改善計画概要より） 今、世界では6人に1人が飢えに苦しみ、6秒に1人、子どもが飢えやそれに関係する原因のため亡くなっています。

今回の催しが、恵まれた国に生まれた私たちの食を見直すきっかけに少しでもなればと思っています。 また、待合室ギャラリーの展示は、鎌倉友禅生みの親、坂井教人作友禅の展示を行います。

22nd FAIRTRADE MARKET　 29th & 30th JAPANESE SWEETS MAKING WORKSHOP AND KAMAKURA YUZEN(txtile pringting) EXHIBIT

This is our 5th time to join Roji-Festa. This year, on the 22nd, we will open a goods&crafts welfare trademarket in front of our clinic. The items will be made by disabled people.Their works are very special and full of charm. We are sure you will find something “neat” or “cute” or “delicious” that you will want to buy, so please come and see.
On the 29th and 30th, we will have a demonstration sale of the good old PON-GASHI snack. On the concept of “rethinking the importance of food”, we will use rice, the principal food of Japan, and make PON-GASHI snacks with the traditional PON-GASHI machine. There will be no fixed price for the PON-GASHI, and all sales will be donated to the “Myanmar Family Clinic and Vegetable Garden”（http://heartfull-community.jimdo.com/ ）, an action represented by Dr. Nachi Satoko. This organization aims for the Myanmar people’s independent living, which means the people receive basic medical care and are able to lives a healthy life. We will appreciate your support.
In Myanmar, people are not able to receive basic medical care. The rate of child mortality is high (※), and malnutrition and starvation are causing continuous illnesses. To solve this problem, not only medical treatment at clinics but also ensuring adequate nutrition is necessary. Health education is important too.
(※) In Myanmar, 125,000 children out of 1,460,000 die under the age of 5. Myanmar is one of the south east Asian countries that are in most need of support.（According to the ODA the project for Improvement of Maternal and Child Health Care Services （Phase VIII） in the Union of Myanmar）

In the world today, 1 out of 6 people are suffering of starvation, and every 6 seconds a child dies of either hunger or other causes related to starvation. We hope that our event will let us living in a blessed country think about the meaning of “food” once again.
Also, inside the clinic, Sakai Norihito’s YUZEN exhibition will beheld in the waiting room gallery. Sakai Norihito is the founder of Kamakura YUZEN.
